RESTORATIVE YOGA with Gillian Reid

Restorative Yoga is designed to slowly and gradually open the body while telling the parasympathetic nervous system to initiate a healing response. The practice is a wonderful way to promote optimum self care. Lots of props will be used to allow relaxation and tell the body and mind to release any stresses of the day. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this amazing workshop will take you to a level of rest and ease.
