We are a family and women owned yoga, fitness and dance studio located in Broadview Heights, Ohio. We opened our doors in May of 2004 and are proud to offer something for everyone regardless of age or ability levels. Choose from your favorite yoga, fitness or dance class for your child. Free Chair Yoga Class

Join Kathleen for this free Chair Yoga class. This class is ideal for anyone who has limited mobility. We will work with breath and movement and create a safe way to move your body. This class requires preregistration. Register on our calendar or call the studio to register. 216-346-1246
Let's Walk, Let's Meditate
Did you know walking is a wonderful way to prepare you for meditation? It its also one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular health and build energy while clearing the mind. Meditation creates inner calm, balance and focus. Let's put those 2 things together! Join us on our walking and meditative journey this month and next.
Our first walk will be around our Prana neighborhoods, allowing us to experience the sights and sounds we hear every day. This 2-mile walk will conclude back at Prana where we will enjoy at 20 minute meditation with breathwork guided by Kathleen.
Our 2nd walk will meet at the Brecksville Metropark, where we will be indulged in the sounds of nature. This 2-mile hike will conclude with a 20 minute outdoor meditation. (Feel free to bring a cushion for our outdoor sit.)
Though very different environments, each of these will prepare us for a more regular meditation practice . We will be enjoying the outdoor landscape to prepare us for our internal landscape.

What She Loves About Teaching:
Mary loves sharing both the physical practice of yoga and the life-changing Yama and Niyama principles. She’s passionate about helping students tune into their self-talk and approach themselves and others with compassion and love.
In fitness, she reminds us it’s never too late to become consistent and find a routine that works for you!
Favorite Way to Move Outside of Class:
Walking! Whether it’s a trail hike or a stroll with her dog, Ghost, you’ll find Mary moving outdoors.
Fun Fact:
Mary turned 60 this year—and she feels the strongest she’s ever been!
